Star Butterfly used to have an older sister named Celestia Butterfly but her older sister tragically died by protecting her when Star was 4. Star is now 14 and her parents had another  little girl named Luna. But what happens when there's a sudden rumor going around that her older sister isn't dead? Is the rumor true? Well Star isn't sure if it's true or not but she knows she needs to find out. She'll go on a crazy adventure teaming up with her best friend Marco Diaz, her younger sister Luna, and a floating unicorn head. But will she realize that she's part of something bigger than herself?
