"Don't walk away from me...please." I could barely talk with the lump in my throat. My eyes, bright red from crying.

"You've given me no choice. I'm tired of being with someones who makes me feel alone," He replied with pain in his words.

And it was in that doleful moment I realized that I have nothing left. Everyone was gone. A million thoughts ran through my mind, but only one stood out. The only one that played over and over, like a broken record, and that is, "What is so wrong with me, that everyone can leave so easily?"

But my thoughts were cut off by the creek of the heavy, old door. 

"Goodbye, Emilie," he whispered faintly, as the door closed behind him, not giving me a chance to respond.
