Mikey was an average middle-class man who has lost hope. His dream to make music tumbled down, and he sat under crippling debt, his low-income office job not paying the bills. Something happened, however. He starred in one movie, the Cool Cat movie. Soon after that movie, his family had to move. His parents moved and didn't tell him what happened. He wanted to know what happened, he wanted the truth. His friend Maria also starred in the movie. Unlike him, she had success. She continued to star in movies, and became a big name. He contacted her to come help, and they went back to that street, the home of Daddy Derek. What a mistake that was. 

They thought it would be empty. They thought it was in the past. They were wrong. Nobody wants to hear the truth. But the truth always stays. The truth will never die.

This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. The house Michael now lives in is the one where she lived with her family, and her old room is now his. She appears to him one night, trying to taunt him, but against her will she is falling in love with the boy who lives in her old room.
