All poems will be created by me. If I post a poem or saying or quote that isn't made by me, I will mention the real author.

It does get better.
People say it will get better. But to be fair, most of them never were in your place. They say you will get happy again, but how can they know? I've struggled with trauma, mental illnesses, and self harm for many years. These are (mostly) poems - about me and my journey of getting better. ! As this is about self harm and other previously mentioned topics, it might be triggering. I don't glorify it in any way, though. I'm also not a native English speaker. If you find any mistakes, please tell me so I can improve.

Hi!!! i am making this new book just for my poetry. i will be a little inconsistent at first as my exams are going on so it might take more than 2 weeks to post them but as soon as my exams are done i will try to post again. thank u. Poetry Of a Convoluted Mind
This is a small collection of poems that I have compiled over the years starting at age 15 stemming from my own personal experiences and observations of the world around me. I am hoping in the future for this to become a book. Trigger warning mentions of suicide, attempting suicide, self harm, addiction, OD, hanging, child abuse, depression, bullying, and psychological torture.
