Sixteen year old Emme Lawson has always felt alone, scared even. Her parents are dead, and her sister wants to forget it ever happened. When a strange little girl shows up at Emme's house, suddenly no one remembers her name. Emme finds unlikely friends, and together they have to find a way to stand up against the spawn of evil, in the form of a thirteen year old little girl. Through that, Emme will soon find answers to sixteen years worth of questions.
