When nerdy Linda visits her mother’s shop during Christmas little does she know that she will literally fall into the lap of her first love. Their meeting is as dramatic and sudden as a fairytale romance. The tumultuous week leading to Christmas passes away in a flurry of hugs and kisses. But like all such love stories even hers comes to a sudden halt when she finds out that Rich has a girl waiting for him back home in Chicago. She is bitter and promises herself never to let down her guard again.
Time flies and Linda finds another man. Steven is everything a woman can ask for – handsome and caring. She is now a web entrepreneur and has little time for anything else but work and Steven. Can life be as uncomplicated as that? After five long years she visits her mom’s shop again during Christmas. As fate would have it, she meets Rich, that too under the same mistletoe, but this time she avoids him. The world is small and she happens to see him at the x-mas ball where he clears the misunderstanding about his alleged engagement. Linda leaves the ball in serious thought. She now has to choose between her wayward first love and a solid good man. Will she once again fall into Rich’s lap? Or will she choose Steven.
