Secrets and Needles

Bell finds out that she has cancer but even worse, its pancreatic the worst one that has a 5% chance of surviving the first year... it kills everyone. She has a choice, tell her friends and family and have them treat her differently and carry the burden of knowing... or simply not tell anyone. Of course her parents know but she makes them promise to tell no one and also her favorite teacher... he forced it out of her, how do you not tell your favorite teacher who is like a second dad? But one day Bell has an extreme pain and its during class where the new kid, Jace, witnesses it. You see Bells on an experimental drug and she has to give herself injections so the new kid had to give her one... And they were close from then on.
