Rejected, because I'm not a Wolf

Maddie West isn't like normal wolves. In fact she isn't even a wolf at all, Maddie is a mermaid but her pack doesn't know it. They think she doesn't have one because she was attacked by rouges the day she was to shift. So most of them pity her but others beat her, but everything changes once her mate rejects her, she runs away but not in the woods. Oh no, she runs off a Cliff and lands into the water shifting into her mermaid and going far away for a better life. Will she ever go back to that pack or her mate, only time will tell.
