When Sophie meets a new friend, things start to get a little weird. Not that things didn't get weird before, Sophie's been expelled from tons of schools for weird stuff. What's weird is that Kris can understand and experience the odd things that happen to Sophie when no one else can. Will the two girls find out the truth about their fathers together? How will the darkness unfolding around Kris affect them both? Will Sophie and Kris's relationship go beyond friendship? And what awaits for them at the mysterious 'camp halfblood'? As supernatural forces collide, it's up to Kris and Sophie to fix the issues of the gods before it's too late.
*Note: This is a Percy Jackson fan fiction, but you don't have to read Percy Jackson to understand it. This is just me exploring the Percy Jackson concept of the Greek gods being real and alive as well as all the halfblood stuff. Hades doesn't have kids (except one special half blood child who this book is about) like he does in the Percy Jackson universe. Also most of the characters are of my own creation (with some obvious exceptions). I have a lot of stuff I want to explore here, but it's mostly just kinda a "why not write this" type of story.

Happening sometime after Camp Jupiter and Half-Blood Hill unite. Percy and Annabeth are finally looking forward to peace and quiet. They've had a hard couple of years. Hard is an understatement. But when Rachel Dare has a fainting fit and reveals a prophecy that shatters the allusion that they'll have even a sort of normal life. Percy is yet again thrown into a quest that is going to take all of his powerful friends to accomplish. But the person he needs most will have to be left behind. Violet didn't ask for this. She never does. It was an accident. But she knows it's not.
