In 1969, Lisa Williams, an American, decides to pursue her writing and drawing career in England. An unexpected encounter changes her life forever when she meets her favorite band, The Who. She has the unbelievable opportunity to help the band, including on their next album, which would be "Tommy". Lisa gets to meet her favorite bassist, drummer, guitarist and, most importantly, a singer with blue eyes that she can't forget.
