Percy the penguin has always dreamed of going to space. Ever since he was a hatchling he always looked at the stars and wondered what it would be like to one day go up there. One day a chance arises after his home is destroyed by rabid black dogs and he is kidnapped by head commander Roxy. With his new found slave friends they secretly build an ice ship which they name Ingrid. Will their ship take off or will the rabid black dogs freeze them in their tracks?
