Bridget Pryde and Phoenix Storm are your normal high school couple. Fun, full of life and spirit, just regular 16 year olds who live in London, England. When a teacher tries to hurt both of them, things get out of hand. With Phoenix in the hospital, Bridget's dad decides to drop a major bomb on her about her family. After Phoenix gets out of the hospital, they go to Skywater, a town hidden in the northern part of England. While they are there, they meet Jace Romanova and Avalon Drake and find out the truth about their parents. They're superheroes, like the ones you read about in comic books. Now, they are faced with a choice: to embrace their powers like their parents did, or make their own destiny as a normal human.
