We came from different places, but we all were connected by hope. Caroline and I came from Dronir, the place of the good. Evan came from his home in the middle of nowhere, because no one was left to help him. Elizabeth and Ash came from a place that was unspoken of, but they came to help us fight. Angelica and Astrid came from the compound, the compound of the General. Brendan was taken as a child and came to get his life back. Taylor, she came from death. She returned as an angle of hope, but to the city of curses. We all came and went as if the others did not exist, until we realized we needed each other to save ourselves. We had 10 days to save our home, 10 days to save our lives. We had 10 days left to survive.
