What if the Hidden World was Toothless' birth place? What if he was the future King there, but got lost a long time ago? What if he knows the Light Fury from childhood? Like many other stories, Hiccup runs away from Berk to protect his deepest secret. However, he finds himself on an island where dragons are treated as friends instead of foes. Hiccup successfully leaves Berk, but will he ever come back?

"I understood, then, that so long as I with Toothless, I would always have a home." For the first five years of his life, Hiccup had a home, a family, but not many friends. So when his best friend, Toothless, is uprooted from his home, Hiccup must make a choice. Does he stay on the Isle of Berk with his family, or does he risk it all for his best friend? His choice won't just set the course for the rest of his life, though, but all of Dragonkind as well.

Hiccup has been bullied, rejected. Then he meets Toothless and runs away to become the renowned Dragon Master. After five years, he has been forced to return to return to Berk and face his past to fight back against Drago.
