The Caged Bird and the Lost Boy

The story will take you through the life of Mei, a young girl who does not know the definition of love or friendship. All her life she was bullied and abandoned with no one to lean on. The death of Mei's father caused her and her mom to move to a smaller house, back to her hometown. Her mother works many jobs so Mei doesn't see her often. Mei will be going to a new high school. But what Mei doesn't know is that she will meet an old friend there, her old friend Jun, only problem is he is the opposite of when he was younger, he's quiet, mysterious, and very popular in his school. Mei will start getting stalked, bullied and harassed by students in her school once again. Mei will realize who Jun is before and she believes they can rekindle their friendship but Jun tells her that there is no going back to the past. Will Jun be the hero Mei is in need of or will she be alone once again?
