He was told by his therapist that whenever he felt like picking up that blade again, that he should write in his journal. Ever since then, he would make an entry -- But of course, he would remind the reader (which he assumed would be only himself) that it was NOT a diary -- talking about his week or even day. When he meets Castiel, things change for both the better and the worse...
