The year is 2074, and American society has reached a Utopian state. Violence of any kind is strictly prohibited, crime rates are at an all time low, and poverty is practically unheard of. Any kind of criminality is tucked away from the public, carefully kept secret by an elite police force.
Maxine Rowe knows better. In fact, she is directly involved with the lawlessness of the hidden crime, working as a contract killer to make a living.
