A virus infused gas obtains the earth making it unlivable to humans. When everyone must evacuate the planet Kyra loses her 8 year old brother and her home all in one day, living on the new planet will be even harder.
After 5 years Kyra and her people find Earth rein habited with people and demand their home back, this means war.
