Deirdre Jane Ophelia Cassandra McIntosh is your normal fourteen, very cute teenage girl.  She likes anything sweet and loves Young Justice and is very mad at Cartoon Network for cancelling it, but Deirdre has a special gift as most people might want to say it.  She is a Meister, like from her favorite anime, Soul Eater, and she just came to Death City because she saw Death the Kid, and all she wanted to do was document her findings.  
Now, she has to deal with her ever so annoying weapon named Calcifer Dixon, and listen to him complain about how she is ever so annoying.  Of course, she has some tricks up her sleeves to make sure that she wears the pants in pretty much any conversation they have together.  Plus, getting what she wants in the mean time.
