Lucas Young was a troubled, quiet teen that enjoyed nothing in life but solitude and the company of his close friends Zach and Sophia. After being invited to Sophia's house for the weekend, he finally started to muster up the courage to tell her that he's been in love with her since they were in middle school. But after discovering her dead body at her house, Lucas is given more than he ever asked for in life. His quiet, personal life was shattered as he learned of his family line, his fate, magic was real, and the impending war that threatened the very fabric of his world and everything he loves.
