Of Wizards and Wolves

Mathew is a powerful wizard, mercenary to the queen, Queen Victoria herself. He is amongst his fellow colleagues of wizards, and witches, who serve for the queen, some going out of the country for bigger problems, while Mathew helps with situations within the country. He finds himself in a peculiar situation on a certain quest to help aid two cities' quarrel since he meets one of the race banished upon British land. One that of a Wolven, those who shift once a month every month between human and wolf, having been banished for reasons being that they would harm humans. Now they are hunted for sport like foxes, and after banishment, human losses had increased with the increased anger within them.
