Love had never been something that had plagued Astrid Hofferson, she had seen the sorrow it brought upon others and wished none of it for herself. To her, love was something that made you weak and vulnerable, which is why her betrothal to a man she barely knew was not something she wished to go through with, until one fateful night when due to a cruel twist of fate she lands in the wrong place at what can only be described as the right time and finds that perhaps ... love isn't such a terrible thing after all?
A love story inspired by the Shakespearean classic Romeo and Juliet, with a twist.

ITS HICCSTRID!! This has been written over the course of about 4 years, so if you don't want to put up with the cringe writing feel free to skip to 'wait! She's your...' because that's when the writing starts to go uphill :) Most are based during/after rtte and httyd 2. A couple set either earlier or later. Only one modern. The writing quality is all over the place, so my apologies if some are hard reads. A little angst, a little humor and a lot of fluff! Just cuteness!! Please leave a suggestion or feedback!
