Kai's been gone for 4 days. He left the monastery after an argument with his friends, and when he didn't return that day, the ninja looked for him all over Ninjago. He's assigned to Prince Kai-heir to the throne and charming in his cockiness. Things go well at first, but then danger once again emerges-this time inside the royal family's inner circle. She gives the ninja trouble and always manages to knock them down to their knees on every encounter. But Kai doesn't think of her the same way as everyone else does; he knows that there's more to the supposed cold-blooded killer she is- especially when he makes a surprising connection to something dear to him. But when other forces above the assassin makes their move, everything just get ten times more complicated for the ninja and Kai. Most stories have happy endings with love and peace.
