Eighteen-year old Jerry doesn't know what is waiting for him after his girlfriend, Nera broke up with him. He feels very bored and pointless living his life, because his ex-girlfriend was the only good thing that happened to him. Without her, he ends up having dreams - which turn into frightening nightmares - and he feels like his heart is burning him to death. One of Jerry's friends, Aaron notices his pain and later discovers that he is probably turning crazy and needs help. He suggested Jerry go to a mental hospital and that is where he meets and eventually falls in love with Chloe, a seventeen-year old girl who doesn't seem like she belongs there.
