Little ray of sunshine. -Phan

Dan is a depressed teenage boy who notices the tiniest things in life. He wonders about all human existence and is fascinated with death. He's a little crazy, but doesn't admit to it. His mom wants to get him help, but he refuses. At school he never talks, and is always thinking how he has the power to kill almost every kid in his class. All but one. And this kid is a pale, happy, black haired boy.

Phil is a teenage boy who studies all day during school. He's smart, has good grades, and is always happy.
But it's a different story for when he gets home.
His dad is an alcoholic and abuses him till he is no longer conscious. But at school he feels different because he is surrounded by people who has problems too.
One day in class he noticed that his teacher was talking about how a famous poet died, and one hand in the back raised for the first time.
