Elenora has been through a lot in just her 17 years of life. After the accident that tore her family apart Elenora's father turned to alcohol and drug abuse as a way to cope with the loss of her mother and older sister. While Elenora turned to self harm. As the months passed Elenora's father became abusive towards her and did all he could in order to make her life as miserable as possible.
Mateo on the other hand has lived a happy life with a seemingly happy family. That is until they came home one day to have found Mateo's older brother dead from an overdose. After the passing of Mateo's brother they moved to a new town in hopes to start fresh in a new place.
