Phil spoke once, not anymore. Ever since his mother married his now step-father Steven, he was brainwashed to believe he doesn't deserve to speak. Ever since he stopped talking 4 years ago, people looked at him differently. People think different is... well weird. If they don't ignore Phil, then they bully him. he is forced to write everything down that he wants to say. He's in constant fear, the anxiety kills him inside. He's depressed, anorexic, and has anxiety. He's harmed himself too many time for him to even count. All he wants is a speck of light in the dark that he calls life, and as if on queue, a curious new student shows up in his art class. Everyone wants to be his friend, the popular's, the jocks, the brainiacs, and even just 'regular and always happy' kids (those never really bothered Phil). But for some strange reason, that Phil will never understand, he wanted to be friends with Phil.
