But this year didn't go exactly as planned originally. What happens when America gets a hold of his spell book and cast a spell on himself? 

Rating: Around PG-13, might end up R in later chapters, but may not. 
Pairs in story: (America/England), (Germany/Italy), (Russia/China), and possible love triangle between France/Canada/Prussia. Notice that USUK is the main pairing in this story and the other pairings will only be hinted at.
