13 year old Brooklyn Marchester (or Brookie) was legally blind since she was 9 years old. That's right. She wasn't naturally born like this. She was able to see the colors of the world before. And because this happened, her parents helped train her to use her other 4 senses. Now that she improved all 4, she's able to navigate herself around. But being blind isn't her only problem. She must face the world of being an eighth grader. Her two friends Leah and Matt help her through these hard times by supporting her along with her parents.
