"Why do you do that?" the blonde asked bluntly.

I looked at him confused. "Do what?"

"Your hair covers your eyes all the time. It's like you're hiding." He looked at me, brushed my hair behind my ear. "You should let people see how beautiful you are."

My heart skipped a beat and I felt my cheeks turn pink. "I appreciate the flattery but not everyone thinks the same way you do."

Ever since (y/n) was born, she had two different eye colors. One eye was a fiery bright red, like the color of the sun. The other, a dark blue. As deep as the ocean and as beautiful as a clear night sky. This used to be a trait (y/n) was proud of. But everyone called her a freak for this very reason.

Now she is a shy girl that is always on her own.

One day Kurapika, a blonde haired boy with a mysterious past, transfers to her school. He gains instant popularity due to his charm and wit.

The two people meet one day just by chance. It was their choice to turn their random encounter into something more. Then the two of them discover they have more in common then they thought. Together the find out more and more about each other and themselves.
