I take a deep breath before opening the door to the gym and walking in.
I don't know why I'm so nervous I'm just applying for a job and getting some self defense lessons. After everything Josh did , I figured it wouldn't hurt to learn to defend myself so it never happens again.

I'm knocked out of my thoughts by Drake the gym owner and my best friend Adriana's boyfriend.

" Hey Tori, your here for the job at the front desk right?" He asks with a smile. Hmm Adriana must have mentioned it, I figured she would forget.
" Hi to you too Drake, and yeah I am" I reply happily.

" Well follow me and I will introduce you to Hannah, she will show you what to do and train you." He tells me

" Wait Drake, I was also wondering if I could get some umm self defense lessons too?" I ask while he is looking at me knowingly since he knew about Josh

"Yeah Tori I will get my best friend to give them to you, if that's okay?." he says to me with concern in his eyes.
