Avery and Riley met in 2nd grade when Riley had been hit in the face will a soccer ball and had to be taken from recess to the nurse's office for a possible broken nose. Avery had been the only one willing to leave the game in order to help; Avery still insists it had nothing to do with the fact that he was standing on the sideline because he had just been tripped. Riley tells a different story. Later as they found out they shared a birthday, joint birthday parties became a common thing and a friendship had blossomed. Seven and a half years later, nothing had changed except both had become the biggest man whores in all of their small school, Winston Prep.
