A long long time ago an evil witch who wanted no one else but herself to have all the magic in in all of Estarble so she put a curse on all of the other witches and fairies to take their magic away form them. Now its 254 years later and life is all normal until a young politician finds a magical talisman that allows him to read people's minds.
