An uneasy alliance between vampires and werewolves has caused packs and covens from all over the world to come together and unite, as allies. Each pack and coven are in close working order, they fight together to take out rouges and lone troublesome vampires. This story follows the main character Zara who is a teenage girl just trying to find her place in the world. She's 18 freshly shifted and has already become one of the best warriors in her pack. Even the council unbeknownst to her has taken notice of her talents. The flip side? Her mates. A Vampire. Not just any vampire, but the next in line for the largest coven in the USA. The same coven her pack is working with. Wonder how that'll work out for her? With a hidden agenda working against her will she ever find her place? Will her mate even accept her? She didn't realize the significance of her name wasn't just because of the color of her eyes, but a plan set out by her father to involve her in the war- the war that will change the world if Romulus and Lilith get their way and the existence of their kind is exposed to the humans. This is a dark vampire/lycan/witch romance + action novel (with some magic, some sex, and a lot of blood and gore) that I started writing ten years ago when I was in high school. It started as a darker version of Twilight, but I was influenced strongly by Underworld, Teen Wolf, Bitten, Vampire Diaries, and The Secret Circle. As the first of likely three novels, this is complete (but I will probably edit a hundred more times lol) and I am currently working on the second one! The Photo I used for the cover was taken by Fogbreath in 2007. All she wants in life is to leave Germany and finally have her freedom. So what happens when the vampires finally find her and her mother hiding the chateau?
