One day she comes across an old friend of hers. And meeting new friends causes more trouble than you might think...
Eydis meets a boy named Hiccup and his friends. They are fascinated that she managed to befriend and train a dragon of her own. They weren't aware that was something people did outside of their home village, Berk.
But when Eydis finds out that her old friend Dagur is the enemy of Hiccup and the gang, she is torn between who to choose.
To make matters worse, Hiccup and Eydis make a life-changing discovery, which they both need to come to terms with before moving on.
