Even the ones who you think have it all sometimes want to disappear. Chad Mackenzie is a pretty handsome rich guy. Very cliché if not studied properly and has a rap sheet of giving out too much money to homeless people. Underneath that exterior, Chad Mackenzie is a completely different person. One who wants absolutely nothing to do with the life he has been gracefully cursed with. Chad lives a life full of pain, suffering and confusion for being nothing but simply his fathers son. And when he finally remakes himself, he is thrown back into the curse again. But curses can be blessings. ●●●●●●●

From a young age, Ava knew one thing: being pretty meant power, and power meant freedom. Raised in the shadow of her mother's tragic life-a life defined by mediocrity, poverty, and a mysterious boating accident-Ava vowed she would escape the same fate. Being unattractive was not an option; neither was being poor. She was tired of living small and vowed to claw her way to the top, using whatever tools she had: wit, ambition, and relationships. Navigating a world where beauty opens doors, Ava learns to sharpen her edges, turning herself into the woman men desire but never see coming. But as she rises higher, the stakes become deadlier. When you play with hearts and fortune, sometimes the only thing left to lose is yourself. Will Ava's hunger for the good life bring her everything she's ever wanted, or will it destroy her before she reaches the top?
