Secretly, she's the most feared meta-human in all of Central City. 

However, instead of all the other meta-human's who practically want everyone to know what their doing, she's happy to stay behind the scenes.

She was happy causing trouble and killing without getting noticed. 

Then The Flash had to get involved and 
for some strange reason she doesn't mind helping him and his team of lovable nerds. 

He's convinced the Rose can be saved.
