This is my story to "you". This is a story about loving someone so much and after all else you don't always get the happily ever after that you always want. No matter the fighting and clinging towards this love. Sometimes the only thing you have left is the memories. This became a story for me to heal my wounds and grow into the woman I am now. I am publishing my story because for so long I have been writing this story for one person but I think others can relate and empathize with this story.

I wrote this story when I was a freshman in high school. It is horrible, but it was a story that all of my friends got to have input in and they encouraged me to finish it. A group of friends has their lives changed forever after they are kidnapped and experimented on.

For all my life, I was always working with death. Previously, I negotiated justice for creatures that died out millions of years ago and afterward also for humans - victims of brutal crimes nowadays. But one human I couldn't help. And the person was my mother. I spent all my life searching for the truth about what happened to her and why she had to die, but finally.
