"What's this?" Luke asked holding up Anne's phone.
"Oh, that's my sister's phone. She couldn't make it to the concert, but she'd really appreciate it if I got a picture of you guys as the background."
"Interesting..." Ashton trailed off. Taking the phone from Luke, he began taking a bunch of random selfies with the other guys. "Here you go." He gave his signature smile and handed her phone back. But he looked as if he were up to something. I didn't think anymore of it.

Anne, a blind 18 year old, gets a random call one day. She didn't have many friends, so she figured she was getting a call from someone with the wrong number at 2:45 AM. When she did answer, however, a familiar voice spoke on the other end. But it couldn't possibly be who she thought it was. Could it?

Ashton is okay right now. He's always like this after a bad bout. He starts off saying that the world is his oyster and he loves everyone, but when the energy and fresh success fades, so does he. Luke knows. He knows about all of Ashton's problems. He knows about the time Ashton was bullied nearly to the brink, the family deaths and friend losses, and the ups and downs, the latter of which seem to be more common lately.
