Returning to Earth after being with the Elbaskins for months, the boys end up crash landing near their town. Bruised, battered, and exhausted, they make their way back to town to get to the hospital. On the way, tensions turn high and many things are said that cause a division when they should stay together during this time. After their parents are called to retrieve them, each of them have a very hard time coping with what is left of their life now. No one knows what the injections have done to them and the lack of support from the town and parental figures makes it even harder.
