Pretty, smart and talented. These are words one would use to describe Dr. Hayley Green, Head of Cardiothoracic surgery at the Boston Memorial Hospital, Massachusetts.

How would someone describe Dr. Harry Styles, the new Head of Neurosurgery? Smart, definitely. Some would say he's arrogant. Who knows? The female population would describe him as handsome, perhaps in more detail than expected.

Despite being alike, the two are polar opposites. In what way? Most everything, from preferred surgical strategy to favorite sports. They don't exactly hate each other, but they don't seem to be able to stand each other either.
