Layla Williams had always liked her twin brothers best friend. Little did she know he liked her as well.

Henry Phillips was different then most boys, he'd never had a girlfriend. He claimed he was waiting for that special someone. He was actually waiting for Layla. His best friends sister.

Throw in some jealous mean girls, a bet that'll destroy, an angry coach, and a father who had left and you have some real drama.

The fear of being blown off by her made him want her even more. She knew he was dangerous but so we're her brothers. It was the perfect storm, for he was her kind of man, a very dangerous man. Everything about their love triangle said danger but no one wanted to back out while they still could. Deena stayed with him, for his was her wedded husband. But so did Nancy, for he was hers to win over. What both women did not realise was there was another secret competitor. There was the beautiful and extrovert Linda, Deena's younger sister also lacking in the shadows. She was after him and nothing would stop her from pursuing him. You see, what these three women failed to realise was Ollie was happy to love them, to protect them and to provide for them all. This was the life he had glamorised as a child in his native village, back in Zambani, Africa. Having relocated and lived in Great Britain for the better half of his life was not going to change that part about him. Polygamy was part of who he was. The only new thing about Ollie now was being a gangster, a big beautiful gangster. One would think he'd stop chasing that money once his business had taken off but no, not Ollie. The chase gave him a reason to love and to live. For without it, he simply had no reason to love or to live. This story is based on true events. Events that encompassed an African culture. #polygamy #sisterwives #literaryfiction #gangster

30 parts Complete Mature

Jake Ryan had been best friends with Jay Morgan since they were in middle school. Jake had always valued being an only sibling, especially when Jay's younger sister, Rachel, was always in the picture. Her personality always rubbed Jake the wrong way, and the fact that she always had to butt into her big brother's business annoyed him more than he could say. Rachel, on the other hand, had way too much fun bothering Jake, he let it be known that she always rubbed him wrong, and she took great joy in making sure to always let it happen. Even after their drunk, and oh stupid night, she still teased him. But when the Jake came to be her personal one man rescue mission to help her out of a blizzard, she wanted no part of it. And a few minutes too long of arguing and annoying each other meant that they were stuck in her family cabin until help came, if they came. What could happen with two people, who clearly hated each other, were forced to spend the unknown amount of hours together? Could they get over the bickering along enough to figure out how to get help? Could they actually pull together and work through their problems? Better yet, could they finally stop denying the attraction they've both buried since high school?
