The population is under half of what it was. 25 of the states dead, unpopulated and demolished. 17 of the states are dying and are on the brink of death. 8 are living. Artemis, an archer from the dying state of Ohio, cant fit much more under her belt. Caleb could be her savior and help Artemis save the country from the corruption of the government.
