Checkmate!

Lewis and Henry are desperate to see to see their sister again, and they're not letting her death stop them. After months of false-starts and failures in her resurrection, they find an ancient tome in their father's bookstore that may hold the key to reviving her.

But as things fall apart in their quest, the brothers struggle to keep their relationship alive as they navigate the boundaries between live and death and all that exists in between. Forced by the beings they have accidently called, Lewis and Henry have to battle to the death for the power to resurrect their sister. One must die so she could live, but they are both desperate to live.
