Depression is looking in the mirror feeling like your not good enough, being ignored or neglected by people you love, looking at every part of your body and finding all of the flaws, thinking your worthless and no-one needs you, having so many problems that make you upset, confused, angry and you don't know why, plastering on a fake smile to act the best, laying in bed crying yourself to sleep. That's depression.
