Modern day Katniss and Peeta. 
Katniss is the new girl at school, she's athletic, has a great personality and she has the best taste of fashion. You could say the perfect life but she doesn't, she's broken inside. Being sucked into a hole of emotions. 
She lost her dad at 8 and her mother blanked out and her little sister was only four leaving her to become her "2nd mother " as what they would call her even though she was a sister. 
Katniss no longer talks to her mother and moved away to district 4 with prim, with permission of the Capital. 
She meets the tall blue eyed, blond haired boy, who is handsome strong funny and always knows what to say with words she has fallen in love with him after about 1 day.

To clear up confusion which will be in this story due to my lazy personality, here is somethings that will help you understand the first few chapters - 
Katniss has known everyone but  Peeta for her life. Because before her dad died they lived in District 4 with everyone besides Peeta, because when she moved to district 12 to care for her mother (that was where she could afford medicines) Peeta moved from 12 to 4. That's why Katniss and Peeta are strangers and Finnick and the gang treat her like the have known her for her whole life because they have!

Raze is a quick, strong boy from the mines. He quickly shows himself just as skilled in combat as the Careers. Nova is completely different. She is little and weak, and used most of her time at home dancing, studying or reading. She is a smart girl, who knows how to survive, as long as no one will try to kill her. While the kids are in the Quell fighting for their lives, Katniss and Peeta is spending a lot of time together. Not only do they have the kids in the Quell to look after, but also the wedding. And throughout all this, all the nights of holding each other, will actual love blossom?

CW: Mild sexual content, violence, death, pregnancy, panic attacks PSA, there will be canon divergence, and the later books will get pretty dark. Also, I wrote this when I was thirteen or fourteen, so even though it's edited, it might not be good.
