Alex has sworn to take revenge on her mother's (Rose) killer, Dr. Smith. Just 10 days before Alex 18th Birth day Dr. Smith operated on Rose but sadly Rose died at the operating table. 10 years later Alex becomes a Doctor at the hospital her mother died so she can kill Dr. Smith. However, Dr. Smith is now owner of the hospital and getting close to him will be difficult. Dr. Smith has a son working in the hospital she will get close to him and use him to get revenge. But she can't bring herself to use him because she has fallen in love with him. Can she forget about revenge and live her life with the man she loves. What will Alex choose Revenge or Love.
