Before Rozaria West appeared in his life, Kaedian Xandes was a man without a heart. He thrived on the power he had over others and eliciting fear into their very bones. He had closed himself off and became a man consumed with rage, pain and hatred for the world.
Though, the day he laid his eyes on Rozaria had him feeling anything other than the emotions he had grown use to. She had sparked something in him the very moment he locked eyes with her. Her eyes held a light that his never had. From then, he was entranced with her very being.
Kaedian and Rozaria have a struggle on their hands as he tries to resist his instincts to protect, love and care for her; while she has no intention to ever giving up on trying to get him to let her in.
Hurt, tears, pain, love, happiness and much much more is to come as we follow Kaedian and Rozaria on their bumpy journey. No one ever said it'd be perfect.
