Tom Scott was given the death pentality for killing ten children, including the sister of a Deputy. Everyone thinks they can rest and let their children out of their site. Within hours of Tom's death a little girl is taken. Now they need to decide if its the work of a copycat or if they didn't kill the real killer. They bring in an FBI agent to help.
