Asel lives in a devastated world and struggles to survive. Living in caves to escape the suns deadly rays with the rest of her small community, she's never seen the surface. For even in a devastated world, there are predators above ground. They kill for sport without thought of age or need of food. Asel comes face to face with a predator, who looks much like she does and discovers the truth about who she is and what the predators are.
